Make your brass jewelry shine with soapy water
The most common trick is to wash your brass jewelry with soapy water. Take a soft-bristled toothbrush for this, gently rub the jewel and then rinse with clear water. Remember to wipe it off with a soft cloth afterwards.
Shine brass with toothpaste
Here too, use a toothbrush or a small, fine and flexible brush. Put a little toothpaste with water and rub the jewelry until it regains its shine. Then rinse and dry.
You can also use flour, salt, or baking soda instead of toothpaste.
